As tradition has it, Palais Basenval in Solothurn (Switzerland) will host the three main events organised yearly by the W.A. de Vigier Stiftung. A jury of experts and dedicated players in our startup ecosystem will put efforts in carefully selecting the winner teams. In addition to the evaluation of the technologies and their market potential, the winners will have convinced also with their personality and courage, basic requisites for building a solid venture. This became early clear to William A. de Vigier, who succeded in his entrepreneurial career initially relying on passion and reliance. He founded the homonymous foundation with the intent to financially support young, like-minded entrepreneurs.

With more than 70 years of publishing activities the Bundesinnungsverband für Orthopädie-Technik (German Association of Orthopaedic Technology) maintains a leading position in delivering valuable technical knowledge, in the Orthopaedic Technology field. Its main journal Orthopädie Technik, reviewed by its renowed advisory board of experts, has increased its focus in covering topics related to Digital Health and Innovative products and materials.
Recently, the interview featuring Dicronis was also made available on their website (Link). This was a valuable opportunity also for an exchange with international orthopedic technicians, who are often the main point of contact for Lymphedema patients.

Dicronis was selected among the best 100 Startups in Switzerland from a jury of experts.

This award is organized every year by Venturlab and it follows by the release of the event's magazine, which you find at the company's website.

Remaining competitive in the digital age is key for Swiss industries and the Swiss economy. digitalswitzerland, a 150 members strong organisation, plays an important role in this process, starting with raising its awareness with events like the 3rd edition of the Swiss Digital Day, which took place today nationwide. Our CEO Patrizia Marschalkova presented Dicronis at the Zurich main station, highlighting the impact of digitalisation in the healthcare field.

This year, the ETH Industry Day, organised by ETH Zurich Industry Relations, will be hosted the 4th September at the Hönggerberg Campus. The team of Dicronis will be happy to discuss with you about the latest developments of Lymphit and show our microneedles technology (naturally under a magnifying lens) at the Booth B5.

It was a great opportunity for Patrizia to present our company at the Merck Start-Up Days. The event was moderated by Dan Ram, renowned entrepreneur, speaker, artist and coach, welcomed around 200 innovators among which we found startups, curious minds, Merck employees, investors and key innovation and startup-ecosystem players.

​

Dr. Jabinet had the chance to gain insight from the most influential experts in the evolving regulatory field, coming from both governmental agency and industry. This field is of  great interest for the development of Lymphit, hence adapting the planning and implementation of the technical documentation according to the new regulation (MDR).

After a rigorous selection process, we were selected to partecipate at the Merck Accelerator Program 2019, at the Merck Innovation Center in Darmstadt. The very positive feedback received by the panel of experts highlights the potential for a long-term collaboration. Beside a financial support, the program will allow our team to access Merck’s prototyping labs and network of experts and investors. This collaboration could significantly accelerate Lymphit’s entry into the market and the preclinical transition of other products in our pipeline.

Patrizia representing Dicronis as last year winner of the StartCup Ticino (today Boldbrain) in a talk on the Rete Uno transmission "Millevoci", focused on innovative ideas and entrepreneurship.

Centre suisse d'électronique et de microtechnique SA (CSEM) launches the Digital Journey event. The final selection will take place the 7th November at the headquarter in Neuchâtel in occasion of the CSEM Business Day. 7 among promising SMEs and Start-ups will have the chance to present their project in front of a jury of experts and win the chance to get supported by CSEM for the value of CHF 100'000 in the development of a game-changing product.

This represents one of the numerous initiatives and support that CSEM offers to Start-ups and SME, in order to keep Switzerland an extremely innovative country and create jobs.

Dicronis receives a grant from The Swiss Confederation's innovation promotion agency,  for the development of the innovative and customised wearable device of Lymphit, in collaboration with a research institute. Our team is thrilled to work with one of the best player in Europe for the development of medical grade wearable devices, in a highly dynamic and fruitful manner. Their deep expertise in the field, considerable IP portfolio, and strong inclination for supporting young companies in the development of game changing products, make the chosen research institute the perfect research partner for Dicronis.
