Ms. Patrizia Marschalkova is awarded the Pioneer Fellowship by ETH Foundation, which aims at fostering and translating inventions made at the technical university. December 01, 2017 Patrizia took a one-week intensive course on MedTech Business organized by Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI) in Lugano. During the week, she had the occasion to improve the business case (thanks also to the unique help also of Severine Chardonnens and Dominic Ernst) and she was successful in winning the prize.

December 06, 2017 From over 100 applications, Dicronis secures the Gold at the last edition of the StartCup Ticino competition. Besides the money prize of kCHF 50, Patrizia will have also the unique chance to earn an Executive Master of Business Administration with a fellowship worth kCHF 45.

May 23, 2018 Science4Life is one of the oldest and most important  international startup competitions in Germany with support from industry and politics. This year, one of the main sponsor was Sanofi.

The International Microneedle Conference is a truly global conference comprised of both industrial and academic attendees and this event has grown steadily since its inception in 2010. Jovan will attend the conference, in view of potential partnership for the upscaling production of Lymphit and to gain insight in the latest developments in the field.

Patrizia partecipate to the PJE with the support of Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI) and had the opportunity to present in front of a professional jury and the French ambassador in Switzerland, Mme Anne Paugam.  ​ More interesting details about the PJE can be found in the article of Startupticker.ch .

The 11th July in Heidelberg (Germany) the regional final of the competition will take place.

The Innovation prize, organised by Universal Biotech aims to promote innovation in the field of Life Science. This year 284 candidates from 21 countries applied. The applications were evaluated according to specific criteria, such as scientific quality of the innovation, project team expertise and diversity, intellectual property strength, project feasibility and chances of success on the market.

We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Laura Jabinet as R&D Associate in our growing team. She holds a Master in Medical Biology from the University of Lausanne and obtained her PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Zurich.  Her solid background in life sciences, matured after almost four years researching neurological disorders, and hands-on experience working in a very dynamic and multidisciplinary project, make her the perfect candidate to support our R&D department, both on the bench and the regulatory side of Lymphit and Dic02.

The team of Dicronis presents the company to the participants of the ETH Industry Day, an amazing annual event organised by ETH Industry Relations on the behalf of our Vice President of Research and Corporate Relations. It was great to discuss with so many interested and passionate people.

Patrizia will pitch at the final event of the 4th edition of the Swiss Innovation Challenge. The event will take place the 29 October in Muttenz, and will host very innovative Start-ups and SMEs.

Great to see the support that CSEM provides to Swiss Startups and SMEs in developing products, as well as fostering a vibrant innovative environment.

Centre suisse d'électronique et de microtechnique SA (CSEM) launches the Digital Journey event. The final selection will take place the 7th November at the headquarter in Neuchâtel in occasion of the CSEM Business Day. 7 among promising SMEs and Start-ups will have the chance to present their project in front of a jury of experts and win the chance to get supported by CSEM for the value of CHF 100'000 in the development of a game-changing product. 
This represents one of the numerous initiatives and support that CSEM offers to Start-ups and SME, in order to keep Switzerland an extremely innovative country and create jobs.

Our team is thrilled to work with one of the best player in Europe for the development of medical grade wearable devices, in a highly dynamic and fruitful manner. Their deep expertise in the field, considerable IP portfolio, and strong inclination for supporting young companies in the development of game changing products, make the chosen research institute the perfect research partner for Dicronis.

November 16, 2018 Patrizia representing Dicronis as last year winner of the StartCup Ticino (today Boldbrain) in a talk on the Rete Uno transmission "Millevoci" , focused on innovative ideas and entrepreneurship.

After a rigorous selection process, we were selected to partecipate at the Merck Accelerator Program 2019, at the Merck Innovation Center in Darmstadt. The very positive feedback received by the panel of experts highlights the potential for a long-term collaboration. Beside a financial support, the program will allow our team to access Merck’s prototyping labs and network of experts and investors. This collaboration could significantly accelerate Lymphit’s entry into the market and the preclinical transition of other products in our pipeline.

The Team of Dicronis is proud to have been selected among the finalist of the prestigious ZKB Pioneerpreis TECHNOPARK® Zurich, organised by the Zürcher Kantonalbank (The Cantonal Bank of Zurich, known also as ZKB, and very active in forstering innovation in Switzerland, through investment in the most promising Start-ups). We had also had the chance to present (and be also challenged) by the same j ury of experts at the TECHNOPARK® Zurich . 
The final event of the competition will take place at the TECHNOPARK® Zurich during the 7th Mai.
In addition, there is the chance to Win an exclusive prize from the Zürcher Kantonalbank (ZKB), by voting the favorite finalist on the website .

The company brought to the market an innovative and unique technology developed also at ETH Zurich. Their product allows for the first time the 3D printing of carbon, for different applications, by saving a great amount of associated time and costs.
Optimo Medical The company, based in Biel (CH), got the CE approval of OptimeyesTM , a software for patient-specific eye surgery planning.

It was a great opportunity for Patrizia to present our company at the Merck Start-Up Days. The event was moderated by Dan Ram, renowned entrepreneur, speaker, artist and coach, welcomed around 200 innovators among which we found startups, curious minds, Merck employees, investors and key innovation and startup-ecosystem players.

Dr. Jabinet had the chance to gain insight from the most influential experts in the evolving regulatory field, coming from both governmental agency and industry. This field is of  great interest for the development of Lymphit, hence adapting the planning and implementation of the technical documentation according to the new regulation (MDR).
